Captain Chucke (Charles Edward Whaley III) is a folk punk/flailgrass musician, poet, and hobo from small-town Nelsonville, OH. A rough early life lead to a life on the streets, and eventually the road in 2015 at the age of 21, picking up his first ukulele later that year. A long road of growth and healing through music has only just begun.
